I f'ing love Herman Miller products (which the Eames is made by) but the complete lack of: height/angle/motion & recline adjustments was a deal-breaker, for me.
Google: "Ekornes Stressless" standard Recliners w/ ottoman; or office/desk-style Recliners w/ spring+starbase+casters.
The adjustments over the Eames are: full/variable-recline controls, headrest height & tilt controls, caster-wheels, chair-height spring.
There is also several types of: Motorized/electric Recliner chairs.
I own a couple of older ones, made by "Scandinavian Designs" brand.
They have very similar adjustment features as the Ekornes; minus the height & floor-gliding caster options, but w/ a built-in motorized footrest for a full-body, auto-reclining support & side-buttons for controls.
Best part is that it, FIRST, reclines the footrest FULLY; then gradually reclines the torso/back-angle; then upon further recline stage, it lowers the back, almost fully-flat, w/ final recline stage letting me control the headrest angle into a fully-flat or slightly-tilted head position.
It's great for gaming w/ only feet being fully up & while the torso & head... only slightly/half-way/almost or fully-reclined back.
Also, I never owned an actual "Lounge Chair". As I don't see any real necessity to owning non-adjustable furniture.
But my family & I own a regular Ekornes Recliner w/ ottoman; a Danish Motorized/electric Recliner, an Ekornes office/desk-style Recliner w/ casters+spring, as well as, a Herman Miller Embody chair, which is REALLY comfy.
So if ya have any specific questions about any of 'em; you're welcome to ask me.
BTW, that Danish "motorized/electric" recliner was $1800; probably even under $1500, if you can get the cheaper leather-types/hides.
The Ekornes recliners were, both, wayyy over $2K, unfortunately.
The Herman Miller Embody chair (that partially reclines, kinda like a lounge chair?) was, I think, $1300.
I'm not sure how large, a budget, you're willing to save-up, for any of this types of products; so, do let us know.
Since I saw one, I have always wanted one, and I saw a knockoff in bad condition on CL a few weeks ago cheap. But Im not looking to buy anything now, not until I graduate college. But even then im not going to put 1 months salary into a chair.
