That only works when Fedex/UPS are doing the deliveries. When it's Amazon, it's usually one of their Uber-style drivers. Law unto themselves that lot. Still, the packages are here, and he hasn't logged them as delivered ... still shows as being at the pot-park, so either he's lost his phone, or his senses.
Amazon has been doing lots of Amazon Lockers near me. Was getting my stuff sent to a supermarket locker 4 blocks away and just found out a 711 on my block has lockers now. The joy of densely packed LA.
@Torq I had so many problems with Amazon delivery drivers delivering my stuff to other houses down the block or not at all that I had to call Amazon and request that nothing I order for the foreseeable future is delivered by them. For over a year now they've stuck to their word.
A friend drove for Amazon deliveries when he got laid off. Absolutely miserable workload, and you work as long as it takes & get paid for that workload.
