(No, I haven't, other than the usual SSHd scans from China and Iran that happen as a result of being online at all...)

It's been crashing on mobile chrome if I am reading one thread page long enough. And it's been using data constantly as well like a couple months back. It's probably an ad.

@LetMeBeFrank - There is definitely something going on in the background on mobile. It has loaded and played audio advertisements, and I also get a lot of sudden "could not load page" screens, as if a timed redirect failed to reach its host.

I don't know what is going on, and I don't like it. This kind of site behavior screams virus to me.

Sometimes I do receive a very incisive “date hot Russian girl” ad when logging in. It’s strange... but kinda like it.

It's the ads. If you can screenshot (or better yet get URL / source), I can manually disable. Unfortunately, G Adwords is not the best at filtering out stuff. It does take them a while. I might just kill that small ad box for Friends while on mobile.

When I click the ad it goes to hampibags.com

I get random audio from one of the ads on Chrome via PC. Doesn't happen on mobile (iOS) for me. It only plays for a second and then comes back maybe 5-10s later over and over.

Now that I'm trying to get the problem to happen, it won't. Murphy's Law of Tech Support.

More of an annoyance than anything else, have to reboot the computer & run a virus scan to be sure.

It happens sporadically, but usually SBAF just locks up & I have to either reboot or at least close the browser & reopen.
