      I love how portable IEMs are, but not the biggest fan of how they feel in the ear long term. Anyone feels the same?

        Yeah, CIEMs unless you are lucky enough to find ear tips that fit your ears. Personally, I find some IEMs to be better than TOTL closed cans and that justifies the price tag.

        I use vintage Etymotic ER-4Ps while on the lawnmower. No matter which tips I use they still get a little itchy after a half hour or so. I also have seal issues unless the tips are brand new.
