I got mine from Circuitspecialists many years ago. No idea how it compares to a Fluke, but outside of when I shorted something with my probe, it hasn't given me data wrong enough to blow something up. Mine is currently $50 on there, but they have a ton, with different features starting at $10 https://www.circuitspecialists.com/digital-multimeters
All I ever do is test batteries, occasionally mains voltage, and check AC current to various devices. Mine's a Mastech too. For what it's worth, it is RMS, and, it measures start-up surge current. It was recommended maybe here, or on another forum. It was the start-up surge that I needed, and that seems to be a feature of expensive meters. This was not expensive. From AliExpress.
There is a sweet spot where it pays to spend a little more without going all the way to the Flukes. I've had good luck with Amprobe. I bought the AM-530 in part because of the true RMS feature. Been a great meter so far
I bought an Amprobe AM-510 for my DIY projects based on pretty good reviews (and one YouTube torture test of cheap meters where it came in tied for first with the Chinese-market Fluke 101). It does have a buzzer for continuity checks. I like it so far although all I've really done with it yet is continuity for cable-building. $36.
