They are switching out the 737MAX you were going to be on for something else.

Jet Air cancelled all India flights due to worker/ownership disputes, so Air India flew me all over India to try and get out (From Coimbatore, to Chennai, to Delhi to Mumbai). But just like a bird that gets stuck in your garage, I can’t seem to find a way out.

Or maybe just updating the firmware. :D

Never ever, ever fly Air India! Unless for short flights inside India when you don’t have other options. I learned the hard way that spending a little more to fly Qatar or British Airways is worth it.

Air India should be renamed “Flying Toilet” airlines.

The Marriott by the Mumbai airport is super swank. Too bad I don’t feel like enjoying it.

Omg, incompetency knows no bounds. Our replacement tickets were reserved but not booked. Took well over an hour to get it resolved. Thank god we got here stupid early.
