Yeah, the plumbing repair was the least expensive part. In only a few days mold had started. Drywall, carpet, underlay removal, followed by drying and dehumidifying equipment for 5 days ... read expensive (several Aficionados + tubes worth) and NOISY. Lab will be closed for awhile. Thank-you all for commiseration etc.
Update: it's going to be several more 65 dBA days of drying. Total cost will be about two Aficionados + really nice tube collection including rare unobtanum 2A3 and WE396a.
Very high deductible to keep annual expense down. Basically disaster insurance. Still, if this is the worst to happen, I'm doing well for the duration. I feel for those currently experiencing health issues.
