If you're talking about mailers, inserts, sleeves etc., I've looked around a fair amount over the years and, honestly, the only savings I've ever realized is in the area of shipping. As uninspired as this suggestion might sound, have you looked for Prime shipping on Amazon?

Quick search made me realize how expensive selling records can be. Looks like most won't even sell mailers in quantities of less than 50.

I have absolutely zero experience with this, but maybe from a local music store? They might throw out the materials in which their new records come, but might be willing to give away or sell for cheap.

At 300 records it probably makes more sense to buy the supplies :( I have a stash of about 20 or so used mailers from amazon or discogs but Im never moving anywhere near that kind of volume. You could try asking a local record shop owner if they want to go halvsies with you maybe? I've asked my guy and he would do it if we needed that kind of volume.

Selling records is going to be a PITA, but I am not in a rush and will do it a little at a time

I had to unload 1500 over about a year and I started with the individual sales model. I got to a point where it was so emotionally taxing for me that I sold the second half to Reckless in Chicago. The simplicity was worth more than I had initially realized. Good luck figuring it out.

Ironically, probably about 50 or so were purchased at Reckless when I lived in Chicago about 15 years ago!

Neat. Chicago is a record town if ever there were one. Worked at a cool little mom and pop joint in the Western Suburbs for a few years.
