By the time you do all the other stuff you NEED to do, when do you actually have time to relax and do other things (listen to music, hang with friends and fam, etc)??!!

    1. self-care, errands, hobbies 2. time with friends and family 3. sufficient employment to prevent homelessness. For many in 2019, you can only pick two.

Yep, just the amount of time I spend washing dishes from all the cooking, and doing laundry with all the dish towels or gym clothes.

Also mind your chair and sitting habits. Hard to notice at first until it makes a difference and your back goes "Dude, I do not like this."

If you cook bigger batches, you can freeze some for "next week". Eventually you'll have a bunch of choices in the freezer that you can pull from during the week.

I just usually eat a salad, dried fruit, and nuts at lunch at my desk. Can work at the same time, and leave earlier.

^Meal prepping for the win. If I could only give a person one tip towards getting more fit, it would be to cook breakfasts in advance and freeze them.

We absolutely do batch cooking and freezing. It’s a must do for sure. @BillOhio what do you freeze for breakfasts?

I scramble egg whites (keeping one yolk out of four) with mushroom, dry diced onion, green pepper and deli ham. Put it on to whole wheat burrito wraps and top with a little shredded cheese, wrap and freeze.

36 eggs minus 27 yolks works out well for the 8 burrito wrappers that come in one pack. Takes me roughly an hour of actual work to make 8 days of breakfasts than can be microwaved in the time it takes to make a cup of coffee.
