It's been about 38C out here East of LA. Imagine waking up in a puddle of sweat. Nothing epic about that!

We broke the record here with 40C. We don't have the infrastructure for this shit, brick houses and very few people have ac at home.

I am sweating as if I am working out while almost doing nothing on my day off. I feel like plant the way I drink water...

Yeah man. Keep an eye out for your electrolytes drinking so much water flushes them out.

I have read that beer is near isotonic, 41 C here, I try to hold back the electrolytes with a nice Fiano after a lot of water

Yeah he it's a bit rough on him. We take it easy for sure! Only a long walk and swim early in the morning and the rest of the day just chilling with a wet towel around his neck. He is still young though but when he gets older i might have to look into an ac.

Imagine working 16hrs outside today in LA's heat, the only saving grace was that it was at the USC med school. Soooo many hot ladies... I cheated though, started at 3am.

Woke up a few times but I had to recover some sleep anyway. Working in the heat and then working in a hot kitchen takes its toll. You sweat like a rain cloud during a storm...
