Don't want to use one of those solid adapter things, feel like ill break the 1/8" jack. The one that @Biodegraded linked is the one that came with my 650s, very good adapter.

It's the 1/4 to 1/8 that is harder to find. The other way around is easy.

Unless you really need a Senhnheiser matching one. ISTR that the HD600 adapter screws on?

HD 6xx is terminated in 1/8", comes with adapter. My hd250 is terminated in 1/4", so an adapter cable thing is better, because the solid adapters are long and feel like they will break the 1/8" Jack. I contacted Sennheiser to order one, didn't seem to be available for purchase on us site
