    @DigMe - I can totally see that. I just can't be productive with music in the background. Acceptable work use for me would be music breaks and just do that. One or the other, not both.

    They say it's the "type" of work being done. Mindless work + music seems to make it more enjoyable, whereas with anything requiring more mental engagement music becomes a distraction. YMMV of course.
