    @Gaspasser highly recommended! Auteur's definitely on my radar now. The timbre is so natural sounding with excellent tonal balance. I think the Verite and Auteur balance each other very well. Verite should be back with me tomorrow for a comparison :)

    @Phantaminum beautiful indeed. My preference for Auteur went from bottom 3 to top 3 ZMF after hearing through 3F. I may have misjudged it from quick auditioning at my local hifi store.

    I can see the Auteur not impressing initially. It's not one of those cans that sound immediately impressive. That's why I'm grateful the loaner program allows for several days; sometimes stuff grows on me, or I end up losing some excitement.
