    There's probably a way of attenuating the signal to the subs earlier in the chain. Do you have an amp that's dedicated to just the subs, or it's also used for your main speakers?

    Separate amp just for the subs, connected via the second RCA output from my OG Saga. Monoprice SWA400 is the sub amp, you can only turn it down by up to 9dB, which isn't remotely enough.

    use a sys to control sub volume. The monoprice amp is assuming you have some DRC that will adjust sub level or you'll do it in your receiver controls.

    That's what I was thinking. Also wondering if SWA400 is capable of running two 4-ohm subs in parallel (which I suppose present a 2-ohm load) if at fairly low listening levels.
