    @yotacowboy - absolutely, the 7P's of any venture. In retirement my consulting agreements require two weeks advance booking. Emergencies with under the two week notice have stiff penalties associated. When asked about this by management I merely responded that they might consider planning better.

    You can tell I've had a lifetime of schedule issues based on poor planning, lack of contingency planning. Always being asked for schedule estimates with ranges and adopting the shortest estimate as standard management practice.
