I mean, you're probably looking at a powered USB decrapifier to fix that, if it's not a defective unit. Might defeat the purpose of a DAP at that point. And thus the best solution is probably to get something different.
What about different buffer settings? Foobar has both buffer length and under advanced settings hardware buffer in MS for push and event mode. Shanling has USB streaming mode and Asio buffer settings. Should any of these have any effect? So far experiments have been inconclusive.
We have been going over this with StuffJones over emails for a few days. At this time it's hard to say if it's some issue on side of Q1 or just something on the PC side, as it was tested on only one computer.
We are working with our US dealer on some way how to fix it for him.
