Anyway, I use adblock pluss and ublock origins at the same time, because some adds, especially on youtube, seems to get through one of them some of the time. With both of them though, no ads.

I think a PiHole would fix this problem, think I saw @zerodeefex post about this once. Some networking setup probably required though.

oops, sorry about double posts. "Adblock for Youtube" works well. At the time I had all extentions turned off while troubleshooting an unrelated issue, so the kids accidently saw the ads

My children are "ad free" - I don't want them to grow up as mindless consumers who think its OK to obtain thirty year mortgages ;)

I'm on a free trial of Premium and plan to continue the subscription when trial lapses May 14. It's less than $3 per month my end so makes sense, and is greatly convenient too since I spend an unhealthy amount of time on the platform :))
