    TH-X00EB is grand, it's enough of a jack of all-trades that if I wasn't as much of a resolution chaser I'd have kept it. Bit of a hotspot in the treble for me, but the bass quality is decent and the cup reverb isn't too bad. Headstage is pretty massive, I imagine the Vali 2 will be excellent considering how well the X00s paired with hybrids like the HP-V1 and Sunrise.

    Most times I run PC, SACD player, Gungnir MB, and TT through OG Freya to an Auralic Taurus, but today I'm going PC to Gungnir MB to Vali 2. I'm loving the set-up!

    So crazy how both headphones look the same in basic construction down to the diver, yet sound way different. I still miss my D2000's and wish one driver did not have to blow out.

    The old denon D2,5 and 7000’s were awesome. I started with the D5000 and moved to the D7000 when you could get them used at a good price.
