@RatSalad I have really enjoyed it. I threw up an impressions in the thread which dives deeper, but essentially I am not a huge SS guy, so I think this will be my end game SS amp. Sounds great with my ZMF's and Sennheisers and even IEMs.
Just checked out your impressions. I agree 100% my other 2 amps have tubes. Wanted a nice SS amp, also using modius. I think I bought mine near or on launch day.
Nice, I see you are also contemplating an upgraded DAC. I am up in the air whether to get the BF2, Gungnir Multibit, or Yggdrasil. I pushed it off though for a Verite Closed so won't need to make that decision for a couple more months. Interested to see which way you go.
BF2 ordered heh, want some ZMF but can't swing that. It was either Aeolus or BF2 and some JAR650 hopefully. I guess that's which way I am headed for now. Sold LCD2 classics for BF2
Nice! It was either a Yggdrasil/Gungnir Multibit or Verite Closed Lmtd Stabilized Maple. I can't pass up on the Stabilized Maples once they come out so putting the DAC on hold until probably next year.
@fp627 I wish i had a crazy story but just was switching between low/high because wanted to use my HD 6XX instead of my IEMs. When trying to flip it up it just got stuck in between and is just stuck there and won't budge now. Not really sure whats wrong with it but was afraid to push too hard. Didn't wanna break it in case that was outside warranty.
