Beat you to it by a few weeks, @Golmang! My hair's just now growing back, haha. On the one hand less bass and more difficult to seat headphones properly, but on the other... shaving my head regularly was annoying lol.
I've never really had to clean my Senn drivers, other than just blowing some dust off. What is exactly you're trying to get out? A bit risky, but maybe some double sided tape on the end of a cotton swab?
@gixxerwimp little bits of fluff and what looks like dog and cat hairs (nowhere near my colour), only really thought to clean them because the one channel had a noticeable buzz, figured it wasn't my hair since it's still recovering from being all shorn off and that was confirmed when I was the diaphragm had some stuff on it.
Didn't really bother disassembling the capsule this time though, replacements are pricey :))
No need to disassemble, just pull pads and front foam off (but u must have coin mod, otherwise shit wouldn't get in there), and CAREFULLY use double-sided tape on the end of a cotton swab.
Yup, just took the pads and foam off this time around. The part that perplexed me is how anything got into the driver and on the backside of the foam when I made sure it was clean last time I put the thing back together.
