Err I hope those work out for you because the set I saw in a group buy was a cheap 3D print job that cracked in transit and was a poor fit for the Senns— owner tried forcing them and they just cracked all over.
Found a pic. The owner ended up using a UV-cured resin to fix the cracking. They're relatively inexpensive so may be worth the risk but also seem pretty shoddy. Observations derived with sample N=1 of course.
The earpad of my HD600 popped off and it does not want to pop back in. I do not mind buying new earpads, I mind that f'ing lack of mechanism to hold the earpads in place.
The way earpads were secured on the Brainwavz HM5 was great. Too bad the HM5 is made of cheap plastics, it literally crumbles to pieces...
Agh, sorry to hear. The foam on my set are about flat as tortillas but they're still secure, and given how much original Senn pads cost and how there's no real aftermarket option for em I'm just keeping them as-is for now.
