    You probably know this, but you can append "-site:pinterest.com" (without quotes) to your query and google will ignore all results from pinterest.

    uBlacklist for Chrome. One search then blacklist and pinterest will never come up again in search results, except for for the country variants, but those can be blocked as well. Works on all the junk clickbait sites I hate as well. No extra typing required!
