Friend uses Hiface with high end dac and likes. I've used Audiophileo and liked.

I don’t understand why any of these devices would sound better than the USB input in a DAC. If it can be done that small why aren’t DAC USB Inputs going to be just as good? They don’t spend the money?

They can be as good. You just have to find them. There is a reason I did not buy a bridge after reviewing about 6 of them.

Because they didn’t sound better than your DACs USB input? What DAC?

After using Moode with Airplay for months, I've never experienced glitches or latency. Are you using Ethernet with the Pi2AES?

@dubharmonic I didn't have this issue until last night. I usually use wifi, but after the latency issues, I switched to eternet but I kept getting the same issue where the sound was like a second or two behind the video

Was this with iOS or macOS?

Were you using a browser other than Safari?

@dubharmonic I was using VLC player for a movie I had. Weird because I never had this issue until recently. Also checked on my iphone and it has no latency issues
