    If you like distinct and bold flavour you should try Tasmanian leatherwood honey. Very nice in tea.

    Never had it before but now I definitely want to see how easily I can get my hands on the stuff. Thanks for the tip! I don't usually use honey in tea (I drink straight leaf water, haha) but may make an exception here :P

    Highly lactose intolerant I may be but a good grilled cheese is a compelling reason to ignore that, haha. Will be looking forward to fermenting the garlic!
