Did you listen to some options like the Triagle? I was pretty sure the more expensive Triangle wouldn’t be your thing based on your music preferences (wasn’t really sure about the Br03 either). Wharfedale don’t really seem to make a bad speaker from what I’ve been able to hear and the Evos are supposed to be really good. What amp are you going to use?

I tried a few from a store, honestly It wasn't a very nice listening room.. I also tried Focal Aria 906, a Cabasse, and 2 triangle (Bro9 an BrO3).
I'll use an entry level integrated amp that is given freely to me as a temporary measure (Tangent AMP-100) It's 2x60 watts under 8 ohms class AB. It was released in 2007 I believe. I don't really know what to expect from It...

Ok cool. I’m sure the amp will be serviceable for now. Did you factor in stands for the Wharfedales?

I’m looking the used market right now Norstone and Akatama brand are available. Official stand is 62 cm those are 60cm. I should be fine I just have to figure if they can withstand 13kg before I buy.

60cm should be good since they’re fairly tall so I would tend to go a bit shorter rather than the other way.
