Parts of my routines largely incorporate fencing and wushu exercises. My focus: my back and my core. You can always increase your torso by adding weight and reps. Most of your power starts at your toes, without balance you are just a big domino.
I made this realization in March, doing mostly bodyweight stuff has been good for maintaining strength even though haven't progressed much, and my stamina is improved :) was lifting for about 2.5 years before then
I've been lifting for 7-8 years, with Brazilian jiu jitsu and cycling thrown in.. I bought a set of resistance bands that go from 15 to 60 kg, use them single or in combination to "deadlift", squat and what not and they work really well. Lower weight than in a gym so slow reps. Home workouts are pretty effective, just not as nice as going out or to a gym
