I suppose BJC is a decent baseline, but I am surprised people hold it in such high regard. The few times I swaped a BJC cable out of my system for something else it ended up sounding better. (Coax, Speaker Cables, interconnects)

How is this even possible? If anything, the Audioquest cable must prevent certain bass frequencies getting through that would make the window vibrate.

My whole system, with the sub exception and one other is BJC...

@PTS I noticed that bass seemed less uncontrolled/flabby/bloated with the relatively inexpensive audioquest forest cable. I tried cranking the volume to get the resonating window, but could not recreate yet.

So, you're saying less bass quantity / cleaner bass w/ AQ?

@Elnrik It sure sounds that way. It was an obvious, yet unexpected change. Too lazy to swap back and investigate. I like it better now, anyway.

How long is your cable run?
