If you think SA feels weird, try DSA on an angled board.
Otherwise MT3 is where its at. Matt3o designed them with actual ergonomics in mind while maintining that old school cool.
Unfortunately putting it into production meant a deal with the devil. Drop owns the moulds.

I think its the skyscraper height, but I found that they work well with tactile switches, but not so much with high end linears. I haven't tried clicky, but i guess wtvr switch you can find that has no wobble. Didn't worked with lubed and filmed c3 tangerine v2, while it works really with zealio v2s.

@Cellist88 I didn't know you were a custom connoisseur. What is your opinion of the tangering switches? I've mostly only played with Zealios and Zealiostotles.

I think they are great! Prob one of the best linears out there. smooth stock, but you should lube and film them for the best sound. I have a sound comparison here for zealios vs tangerines.
