Forte's my fav Klipsch design if I didn't get my JBLs for next to nothing probably would have a pair at home.

Nice. If I ever upgrade from my Heresys these will probably be in my list of top contenders as long as they are not a step down from the previous Forte.

@E_Schaaf for people not super well versed in Klispch...what makes the Fortes stand out over the Heresys/Cornwalls? Does the passive radiator make that big of a difference? Having only heard Heresy IIIs in person, I am just having trouble imagining how different they sound.

I feel like the cabinet resonance is a bit better controlled and the passive radiator seems to give a nice blending effect between the drivers. Cornwalls and Heresy always have me feeling like I'm listening to 3 separate drivers in each box. Forte's most cohesive though bass doesn't extend that much further down than Heresy.

@inculator The Forte are a legit towers. The Heresy were originally designed to be a floor sitting center channels for 3 channels audio for better center imaging at that time. And people sayed to Paul Klipsch it is a Heresy! and he basically gave them the middle finger and done it and named them that.

For stero application they are better raised by something to sound right.
