Any idea what the geometry is? Gauge? 8-wire?

Likely 4-wire. In the VE homepage (not Ali), we can customize and specify geometry to some extent (4 wire, 8 wire, 2 wires per sleeve). Ali price equals to 4-wire chosen via VE webpage.

For 4ft, seems 8-wire adds +$20 and 2 wires per sleeve adds +$40 on top of 4-wire price.

Also the cable is very light for the volume, so I am guessing quite high gauge (thin).
