@YMO I made a lot of changes over the years. I don't remember the last time I had pizza; it's a calorie bomb and I am unable to eat just 2 slices, so it had to go.
Maybe it's because I'm forced to be on my butt for up to around 11 hours a day at the job (as opposed to being there of my own volition) but just getting up and doing some stretches feels immensely rewarding. Far from fit but regular exercise, even light, does a lot to offset binges.
For me the only thing that works is to get active so that I can tell myself I can eat what I want. Only what happens once you get into better shape is that you tend to crave and eat the crappy stuff less often.
