I am more concerned about them spikes at 8khz and 12khz. Seems this is something to do with ear geometry and tips.
Spikes in measurements? 8k is likely coupler resonance so you won't hear it, 12k might be driver resonance. I'd be dubious about anything beyond ~10k in measurements, better to listen (presuming, unlike me, that you can hear much up there!).
Not spikes in measurements, but with listening I can hear some very strong peaks at about 8khz for me and another at 12khz.
