Work = college is a theme that seems to be reprised a lot nowadays, except most colleges tend to have to actually care when things go wrong for ya.
Always thought that constant stream of training = "you don't know what you're doing but we hired you anyway because it was cheaper", but that may be relevant for some specialised work.
Had a friend who worked at Epic. She said pay was really good but after a few years the long hours got to her. She left after being fully vested in her 401k. Still, she said it was good experience so hope it works out for you.
I should have explained a bit more. Regular vacation time every year, but once every 5 years you get a month vacation, where the company pays for travel and hotel and other expenses for you and a friend who doesn't work there.
Keep an eye on the coming and going of personnel. If your employer always needs new employees and many people leave within 1 or 2 years, stay out of trouble and have a plan B ready.
