That's cool. These are supposed to be specifically marketed to theaters? Reminds me of a gig I used to play in college. These guys I played with literally had the former sound system that was previously on the Cats broadway setup. It was insane. Meyersound speakers and subs. It sounded so good.

I have heard an ex-cinema-driver system in a very much smaller room than yours and it sounded superb. It was some time back, but I recall thinking that it gave me the most *being-there* feeling that I had actually heard whilst not actually being there.

That’s a pretty good price if the drivers are good. There’s a guy locally that’s been trying to sell a trashed and possibly incomplete pair for $1500. He started at $4k. Funny how some of these guys think their borderline junk is gold
