It's always funny to see interpersonal or organizational bonds easily collapse due to Korean stereotypical characters. SG is also a comedy.
One of the main things I've come to expect from SoKor films is massive whiplash from tonal shifts. I watch way more K films than I series but these seem to hold up fairly true. Very emotionally distinct from Japanese or Chinese atmospheres.
most kdramas are so over the top melodrama I can't take it. Korean cinema on the other hand has some actually great films.
I started episode 1 but turned it off at some point that I forget because I’m just not into the grizzly graphic violence.
