Abby road 50th anniversary was extremely satisfying to me compared to any of previous recordings. It's the first album showing me benefits of digital correction. Sad to hear let it be wasn't the case..

I didn’t love the Abbey Road remix either but I do think it is better than the Let It Be remix, which is fine but unremarkable. White Album is the best Beatles remix so far.

Let It Be remix is still my favorite. Without all the badly recorded orchestra getting in the way.

The remix has the orchestra. Or do you mean Let It Be “Naked” from a few years ago?

I said the 2009 CD box set was the last Beatles anything I was going to buy. I'm still clinging to that mantra. There's only so many ways to tweak those originals.

I think The White Album deluxe is a real gem from start to finish. So much good stuff in there.

The "Naked" Let it Be is the best Let it Be. The Phil Spector stuff needed to go.
