@rlow Yes, they were all remastered by James Guthrie. Other than one or two scattered masterings here and there over the years, there are generally no outright bad Pink Floyd releases. This is the first time the whole main catalog has been available in hi-res.
Having listened to several of these today, I feel comfortable saying these are among the best, if not outright the best digital Pink Floyd masterings available.
I've heard about every mastering including original vinyl. The 2011 are quite good. There's small preferences for specific albums but as a whole can't go wrong ! Which is rare these days on reissues.
@Merrick They are indeed. Roon's metadata at the album level were still listed at 44.1/16, but when played the DACs gets 96/24. Thanks for setting me square on that.
