Literally never had anything from Starbuck’s that made me think - “That is good coffee.” They overroast most everything and then their blonde roasts revealed that the beans are shitty when you can actually taste anything besides pure carbon.

In all fairness though I don’t think I’ve ever been to any big chains (coffee shop or restaurant) where I thought “This coffee is really good.”
