    When I had mine, the lymph node under my armpit swelled up and was so sore I had trouble sleeping. It sucked for a week.

    Agh sorry to hear. In my case it's just general aches plus the feeling that something's trying to shiv its way into the joint at my shoulder. No inflammation other than just at the shot site but this is stupid.
