    The Clear works well but with a different presentation; it's softer, more mellow with the SW51+ and is less bassy, with less slam, and not as much macrodynamic strength.

    I'm starting to think maybe Elex with my SW51+ might be the answer for me looking for aheadphone that does rap and EDM better than my hd650.

    @ColdsnapBry I see you on the EDM/rap mojo. Those are two genres I listen to heavily and I find very enjoyable with SW51+& Elex. A bit shocking, but I find myself preferring Elex & SW51+ over HD6Xx & SW51+ these days. The Elex' higher sensitivity and SW's lower power gives lots of play on the SW before it starts to feel strained.
