    I would love to see a crossoverless small DD with another big ass but crossed DD. 6mm and 12mm respectively. This might give the pure microdynamics from the mids and up with the appropriate drive down low.

    DDs are crazy efficient, I don't see why we need more than one or two other than taming the shit out of them with crossovers which is lame and lazy and probably would result in them sounding like ass like most of multi driver IEMs.

    A single 17mm DD would have as much surface area as 3x10mm DD. So begs comparison to some old Aurisonics or EX1000 perhaps. Would love to hear more insight about the 'why' and 'how' of these interesting design choices.
