reliable, good group of guys who care about headphones and audio. There have been some posts of people having trouble with them in the past, but I think they have upped their staff levels which has helped.

Well their ridiculous lowest cost freight charges on a simple iem of $13.48 is insane! I can pay retail rates and get it lower than that. They have been perma scratched for this type purchase.

Zero issues with them. Bought my spl phonitor and headphones from them.

They have a 365 days return policy. For that reason alone I’d buy there if I didn’t live in Europe.

We try to be as transparent as we can. We used to offer free shipping on all orders but rates have risen and items under $100 were break even or even a loss especially factoring in other costs. Over $100 we start with our free shipping.
