    Ahhh so you can still purchase from businesses outside of your country, you just can't send it as "personal", it has to be a "business" transaction. That makes way more sense! PayPal still sucks though.

    @ergopower perhaps those emails were sent solely to US based accounts. Only have transaction records in my email, not in spam either.

    We've never had F&F (personal) in Taiwan, so makes no difference here.
