Derp, you're talking about Chord Mojo of course. I was thinking Mjolnir. I'm a big dork, just block me now.

UK outlets do shill the f**k out of Chord products. But, the Mojo seems to be far better priced for what it is ($600 vs $2500). I'd like to get one in to test out.

Yeah, I think it was more "not a value proposition" in the past, but the mojo is priced more reasonable. If the product is worthy of that price, I wouldn't have a problem with it.

There were two guys at the NY meet with mojos. One of them was using it through the AK240's optical output. What a waste. I wouldnt mind a comparison to the GO 450 or GOv2 though.

Edited for clarification :P. Wish I could try the mjolnir 2 but the only one at the meet was Dan's and I didn't want to go plugging my hd650s into his setup.

I'm as baffled as you are. I've tried it myself and found it subpar. My guess is the Hugo fan crowd see it as a "Hugo for about $600" and snap it up as a value item.

This thing sold out in my country too, everyone rave about it but I haven't got a chance to listen to it yet. It would be great if someone on this forum can review this, especially compare to GOv2 and liquid carbon.

It doesen't even come close to the original geek out, let alone anything further up the line. Save yourself the trouble.
