starting like 2 weeks ago i started muting everyone that posts in both of their threads except them, now i just breeze through pages and only see their posts :D best thing i ever did haha

The thing that annoys me most is the Pietro Cozzi guy's stupid Reddit formatting.
It's like he's writing poetry every time he posts.
Very distracting.

@zonto maybe his posts are works of art in his eyes.

We have some with reddit-inspired formatting on SBAF as well... At least Pietro Cozzi doesn't seem to be the least misinformed of the lot there, I think.

@Dino Ever since switching to SBAF, I realized that HF threads have become utterly unreadable for me. Now I mostly browse directly to Jason's and Mike's comments, and at times glance at the comments of some people that usually make sense. These days if I post there, it's usually for some idle, pointless trolling...

There is also hornytoad with his unique posts that many try to assist and it goes nowhere. Ableza who usually posts something obvious (and often not relevant) and from the # of likes, seems to have a fan club. And then sublime9 comes along with his "I don't understand" which translates to me as "I think it is stupid" then proceeds to post the worst stuff of the lot.

@zonto, since Marv stated that he didn't like Mike's head-fi posts quoted over here, are you going to quit posting Jason's chapters?

For me sublime9 seemed like the most clueless of the bunch. And madwolfa was on my ignore list on the old HF interface; he was way too infuriating in my past experiences. I think the Ignore function exists precisely for these cases...

I think Marv's intent was more to avoid people speaking authoritatively on what will or will not be implemented (e.g. MB Jotunheim) based on snippets of thoughts Mike or Jason throw out there, sometimes for fun to prove themselves wrong in the future (e.g. "there will be no Modi MB for 100$", only to release it about a year later at 250$; in the meantime many assumed there will be NEVER a Modi MB...).

That makes sense to me, @landroni . I used to search the Mike and Jason threads by their user name and read those posts. I got lazy when @zonto started putting Jason's chapters here. Plus, sometimes I get caught up in reading stupid posts that follow.

@Dino, I kind of read it that way. That's why I shared the last chapter through profile instead of in the Schiit Signal thread which has now kind of served its purpose re: Vidar and preamps.

I have a couple ideas for more substantive posts in the works for power cables, etc., but honestly I'm getting tired of the site right now due to all the randos and the Eitr thread. Having @k4rstar back has helped.

@zonto, I noticed the profile post for the last chapter and thought that may be what was going on. Marv's post seemed like @landroni described except I wondered about his saying we can go to head-fi to read posts from there.
