It was sad to see Panasonic retire their plasma line in 2013. They had nailed the technology down and they certainly exceeded LCD in many areas. OLED will surpass it soon, but they still don't have uniform motion consistency across the screen.

Yeah. This one is a Panasonic. It does look really nice. Not nice was carrying the 90+lbs of it down 3 flights of stairs from the guys apartment. Or the 600w of energy it consumes, but the college pays for electricity, so I'm good there. Or the subsequent heat it puts out, but its cool in CT. The things it does well is display a picture, which is the point of a tv. And only $100. Sold for $2000 back in 2007.

It gets easier. And harder. I've been a game developer for almost 14 years and I still make stupid mistakes. Once you start working with other people, it's always good to have a second pair of eyes if you can't find the issue.

Some points make sense - there's a certain grain here (although there's good reason why) but unlike all other communities you need commitment and consistence to have a voice, and competence for a respected voice. You can't just buy a FoTM product and hype it here for some affirmation that it's good af.
