Been listening to my rig most of the day. Interesting to hear how the Gungnir Multibit subtly changes as it warms back up.

I haven't a clue what happened today. I just arrived. Missed it all.

        Probably no bad thing.

Never made it to work. Listening to some of the 60 disc set of RCA Living Stereo albums I got earlier this week. Amazing stuff.

I have this same set, sitting in shrink wrap, waiting for my winter break when I can properly enjoy it with a glass of fine scotch, my now-tuned headphone rig, and my dogs napping nearby.

Check Discogs. There may be other USA pressings from the mid 80's that were the same master. Lots of opinions about the "best". Only thing is EAC had a lot of error correction when I went to rip it. Disc is NM condition?? Weird. Anyone have any ideas on this?

The Modi Multibit is awesomesauce, arguably all other DACs (including Schiit) are too expensive and money is better spent elsewhere in your chain (for most people). Says the recovering Yggaholic and current Pavane owner.

FWIW, that LPS is pretty much the best you can get. They were close to $1000 when they were current and the measurements are insane. You're extracting the best the Horizon has to offer.

I forgot about Peer Gynt (Suite anyway). I used to like it when I was a little kid. I'd like to hear it again. (I'm not a big classical music listener. But sometimes it just hits the spot.) Glad you bought it up, Ringingears!
