I could not forget the Goons! Spike Milligan was one of the Great Grand-daddies of surrealistic British humour.

Born in the early 1950s, protocol required me to be in bed by 6pm. Even when I became a High Court Judge! (see Python). But I was allowed to listen to the, ahem, wireless until quite late, and started enjoying BBC radio drama, as well as the comedies, when I was five or six.

When I was permitted to stay up with the parents and the TV, I frequently preferred the radio. My reason... the pictures were better!

Thanks @Bill-P. Probably my lazy answer will be to replace the Senn foam.

In an ideal world, if I was to undertake a moddification, the aim would be to achieve a more balanced sound, but I don't have balanced hearing. Actually, I found the HD600s pretty "balanced" even before my hearing took another turn for the worse.

My favourite is Aukey, but the vote for Anker is noted and the recommendation appreciated. I have Aukey QuickCharge chargers in the house and car, and quite a few of their cables.

I'm no cable guy, but hey, we now live in a world where many old USB cables won't even charge a modern phone.

The Macbook Pro I have is all USB-C/Thunderbolt 3. I bought a whole mess of adapters after I bought the laptop. That being said, it's kind interesting to be able to charge my laptop and smartphone with the same cable.........if I used Android......

Palemoon is not able to use many of the old FF extensions, but I won't need classic theme restorer as it is committed to not changing to the the recent FF look anyway. I suspect the resources are stronger.

Which will continue if the developer has an unfortunate encounter with a bus? Which is more likely to get updates as more web dangers unfold? Important questions.

I switched to Chrome a while back for several reasons. One is no active flash updates as those are done automatically on Chrome’s end (and I was previously using VMware desktop emulator quite a bit on iPad and Chrome is just plain better for that), another is that it runs lighter and feels quicker. I will prob give the new FF a try though.

Hopefully we can find & settle on a fast, properly-supported & worthy-enough Fork... before the final ESR v52 comes out, I think by June 26th(?), as that's when the Official Security/Patch Support gets dropped permanently. *Sigh* :(

Safe and dry out west here. Lots of local flooding, roads being washed away, some small tornado damage... We had a minor emergency when our router/switch got fried in a power outage and we lost the internet! On a more serious note, there are a lot of people seriously impacted by this storm and I wish safety for them all.
