The MSG is the worst. Gluten free is one thing. MSG free is everywhere and sometimes the chefs cannot distinguish it until you read the labels again. I am happy I do not have that particular allergy...

MSG gets an unnecessarily bad rap and is not one of the big nine alllergens in the US.
