    So the Neatform (pre-kerfed 1/4" MDF) I'm using bends towards the kerfing fine, but does not want to bend away from the kerfing without cracking, which makes doubling it up and having the nice sides facing out quite difficult. Anybody got a better suggestion for how I could increase the thickness of the curved horn walls?
